I just left after getting my haircut, glossed, and blown out. The blow out looked fine but after leaving as my hair was falling from the blowout, I noticed the haircut was not at all what I asked for. I asked for long layers and face framing. They gave me a blunt cut off of the front half of my hair and left the rest long.
