What a waste of time, money and heart. These "professionals" are sorrily in it for themselves. While they paint a pretty picture, it does not become a reality. Extremely expensive, but without professional advise, they let you rely on your own knowledge and don't give any follow up, advise or help, should anything go wrong. Simple things like grout separation, uneven and unsightly carpeting, actually nothing remains that is of their concern. Once they have your money, they are done!@
