My sedan was included in a travel package booked through Costco for transport from EWR to Times Square area. Arrival was fantastic and can’t say enough good things about our driver Kris. However return trip was an absolute joke. Called the day before to ensure scheduled pick up and was told things were scheduled. The following morning car never showed up. I don’t know what I expected after reading reviews from other victims of this service, but like most others, I booked a trip with Costco and this was the contracted ride provider. Upon my arrival at LaGuardia I was met by a rep from MySedan (Miriam l) who was surprisingly helpful. The scheduled pick up time was 11:30am, but the driver was 15 minutes late. Used My Sedan via Costco for round-trip transfer between LGA and Manhattan. Arrival leg went smoothly. However, for return trip, we requested a 2:30PM pickup for a 5:30PM flight, The company insisted they had to pick up the next customer from the airport, so we were forced to leave the hotel earlier than our requested 2:30 PM (they scheduled 1:30 PM instead) As a result, we arrived too early, waited an unnecessary a hour before check-in even opened, and spent 3.5 hours at the airport. Booked a round-trip airport transfer through Delta. Both drivers were unprofessional and not helpful. Find a better company or just take your chance with another form of transportation
