Used My Sedan via Costco for round-trip transfer between LGA and Manhattan. Arrival leg went smoothly. However, for return trip, we requested a 2:30PM pickup for a 5:30PM flight, The company insisted they had to pick up the next customer from the airport, so we were forced to leave the hotel earlier than our requested 2:30 PM (they scheduled 1:30 PM instead) As a result, we arrived too early, waited an unnecessary a hour before check-in even opened, and spent 3.5 hours at the airport. Booked a round-trip airport transfer through Delta. Both drivers were unprofessional and not helpful. Find a better company or just take your chance with another form of transportation

My driver Shahi Chowdhury was an excellent driver who showed up on time for our JFK airport pick up. I booked the New York Hotel package from Costco Travel. The package included hotel as well as transportation from the airport. I highly recommend Shahi Chowdhury who is polite, approachable and kind. His vehicle, tesla was very clean and comfortable. Thank you.

I must say I had an excellent experience with this service. I booked on the way from JFK to Manhattan and vice versa. The way back to JFK I had a very nice driver who offered to buy me lunch on the go because he was having some. He was a Moroccan- American called Jay great person! The service is you get what you a great service at a low price genuinely!

Poor service, they dont allow reschedule for airport drop .. and it is non refundable .. complete non sense ..
