I send a collar to repair because broke in 5 month I send it , to get fixed I never get it back, and they don’t care they just keep my money, all jewelry have insurance they was supposed be replace sad
The jewelry is exactly as advertised and is beautiful. When Francesca found out there were issues with the shipping, she went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived in time and that we had an excellent experience with her shop. Very highly recommended!
