I have been waiting for my belts for a month! There is one phone number listed on the website that is impossible to call, and no one responded to my messenger message. The feedback service is very bad
Really nice and helpful service
The rear seat belts in my Tahoe were torn and they are not available new anymore so I sent them in to be rewebbed. Quality of work was good, it too forever to get them back. communication was poor, as they kept missing their promises. I was told 3 or 4 times they would ship at the end of the week, which was missed again and a again. It took 3 months for them to return my belts, but at least they were well done.
