Sent in my seatbelts for repair - they were delivered Wed Aug 20 and shipped back out on Wed Aug 27, which is a 5 business day turnaround. I was anxious to use the service seeing the other reviews mentioning multiple months wait time and poor communication, but that was not my experience at all - owner was responsive and quick. Happy with the colour as well, the seatbelts look great and function perfectly
Sent belts four months ago for a Ford Mustang. Spoke to them several times. Kept promising to get them done. Lots of excuses. Never completed the job, never called me back after promising multiple times. Use at own risk.
Excellent work, functioning perfectly now. Just took 3 weeks at the shop with me reaching out twice.
