Two words - outstanding service. I can't say enough. I tried the dealer for my seatbelt and after 6 months and with a prepayment they could not supply. Searched junk yards for an equivalent with little to no success. I had the option of going to an American firm but with the current situation I decided to try the Canadian equivalent. I am very happy with my experience with My Seat Belt Guy, and I am so happy that it is a Canada-based company. The only other alternative service I could find was a business in Maine, USA. The repair was also done very quickly. One bit of confusion was "shipping," which is not explained clearly on the website. I ended up shipping the belt assembly with a Canada Post Xpresspost prepaid bubble envelope and enclosing another self-addressed Canada Post prepaid bubble envelope for the return of the repaired seatbelt. Probably my only association to Winnipeg as this is my former hometown that being said, these guys have done great work for us and we continue to use them without an issue. Communication is great. Service is fast.
