Love love love this boutique and the owner! I didn't know Brittney until I started consigning and shopping at My Sassy Sister but now I feel like I've known her forever! She has the kindest heart and I love going in her little store! I highly recommend My Sassy Sister to anyone looking for a great deal!

I am very sorry you feel this way. It is posted on the door and as I explained to your Mom (Kathy) when she came in (since you weren't there) at 3:45 with her items, it has been a store policy that we do not accept items after 2pm. I don't see where enforcing a plainly displayed company policy is poor customer service.
