I've always called for my family or for myself when I'm unsure. I don't like to wait in the lobby of the clinic as much as anyone else. I don't mind waiting on hold in the comfort of my own home while on the phone. I really have enjoyed using this service. I remember my mom calling when I was a kid too. Recently called about my new born she was having some symptoms we just wanted to make sure were normal. I was on hold for less than 5 mins and got connected with a nurse named Lydia. She was able to answer my concern right away in a professional manner. She calmed my nerves and assured me it was normal. Thank you Lydia if you are the standard for the nurses on the help line I know we are in good hands at Sanford.

I agree with the lady before me that commented. I've always had a very decent experience with the nurses. Please remember, they do struggle to, with being short staffed and most likely get treated very poorly from other's as well. They are also human's and have rough days often. They can't be perfect 24/7, just remember to be kind. They are doing their best, under alot of stress and exhaustion. Thank you Sanford staff for helping with my questions or concerns.

I will never for the life of me understand why this service is rated so poorly by other people. I've called this phone number many times with my kid's health concerns, and the nurses have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I very much appreciate being able to call anytime of day or night when I'm not sure if I should be concerned about a certain symptom for my family. I highly recommend! P.S.
