I expected better care from StylezbyAmoy . My scalp and edges were burned with a hot flat iron, leaving painful 2nd degree burns and I'm still in pain. Though I received a partial refund, there was no empathy or accountability. The smoothing treatment was done, but the silk press didn’t last. She offered to redo it but I don't believe in being burned twice plus I have sores so applying heat isn't a smart idea.
