this is how Crystal left my hair. I went in for a blonde balayage (inspo pic attached for reference) and this is what I was left with. I told her multiple times that the color was not right and she insisted that it was and let me walk out of the salon like this ($282 later). I reached out the following day try and get it fixed and was initially offered another appointment. I love coming to Revive & Restore Massages at this location—such a great setup. The space is always clean and peaceful, and every visit leaves me feeling refreshed. I’ve even explored some of the other businesses in house, and it’s been such a bonus finding spots that fit what I like. Definitely a go-to place for me!

I'm so grateful for Jennifer she did an awesome job! I was recommended her through my family, I have really thick long hair and she washed, cut and styled under an hour and made it look exactly like the reference I showed her for a extremely fair price tysm!!
