I don't feel that I can completely judge this place by my experience. I had a hair appointment with Hair by Tabby in suite 302 scheduled for 10am this morning. I arrived 5 minutes early. The building and space inside is gorgeous and secure for the most part. I followed the instructions and called Tabby's suite to be let in through the secured entry. No answer.
