Chantelle has been absolutely phenomenal in running the salon suites. She is incredibly attentive to any needs or requests and consistently stays on top of the upkeep of the space. You can truly feel how much she cares about the businesses and people who work here. What means even more to me is the environment she maintains. My clients constantly compliment the space. I am a new business owner and have a suite at My Salon Suites in Lancaster PA. I am extremely pleased thus far with everything. The building is secure which very important to me. Maintenance to the building is great...its clean and modern. I love that I can customize my space for my business needs. Chawntelle has been nothing but professional, easily reachable and is extremely responsive with any concerns I have. Do not come here. This place is not worth the weekly rent. The previous manager was awful and the current one is no better. It’s easy to get in, so be cautious of that. I spent a year there and found a cheaper place with more room. They do not respond quickly to mechanical or plumbing issues. There is a leak in the room that they keep covering up with paint. I love my suite! The premises are kept clean. The other suite renters are respectful and helpful. The size of my suite is efficient, and there are lots of tools and resources offered by My Salon Suites to aid in my growth as entrepreneur.
