I toured the suites here and had a great experience. Melanie was super informative, kind and genuine. Everyone working here is super friendly and professional, I would get any service done here! It’s beautiful, open and clean as well. I love supporting local entrepreneurs and encourage anyone looking for services to book here!

I leased a salon suite here for a year, and while the suites themselves are beautiful and well-maintained, my experience was not without its challenges. Communication with the owners was a major issue, as I often received late responses or no responses at all when reaching out about problems or concerns. Additionally, the lack of cell service in the area made it difficult to stay connected, relying on Wi-Fi that would occasionally go out.

I’ve been a stylist for 16 years and this is the third salon suite “brand” I’ve been with. I’ve been with MSS Ballantyne for two of those years, and it’s by far my favorite. The owners are fantastic people that have been really easy to work with and they go out of their way to provide an all around excellent suite ownership experience.
