Shawn was amazing! I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was with this company. My rear window was broken out of my Honda Pilot back on Friday, I was recommended Safelite.....took it there, they had to order the glass and scheduled me a Monday afternoon appointment to replace it. The glass was "warped" and they couldn't install it, so reordered and rescheduled me Wednesday morning. Just had my wife's windshield replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service we received! The technician was kind and courteous and did a job that Safelite said would take 2-3 hours in an hour and for a fraction of the cost. Now hopefully I won't have to replace any other windshields anytime soon, but if I do I'll absolutely be using this company again! Thanks for the amazing service!
