Called to set up an appointment to winterize my camper van, left a message and within less than an hour I received a call back. We spoke at length and agreed to a proposal sent via email. Later that day Ron called to say he had a cancellation and could he come today. I agreed and Ron and his son arrived about an hour later and completed my winterization in a timely fashion.
