They were having issues with the vehicle so running late, but did not have problems with diagnosing my refrigerator. It is dead
If only I could leave a negative star review. This may be somewhat long, but then my story is long. On 10/16/2025 my Samsung washer presented a code indicating an issue with the brain of the machine. I called My Repair Center and they dispatched a technician to diagnose the problem. Great I thought, but it was all downhill from there. Parts were to be ordered and arrive in 3 - 5 days. Great service. I was able to have someone come by my house within the next 2 hours. He was very nice, and explained the issue and gave his professional recommendation. I will be contacting them for any future repairs we need.
Friendly staff on the phone and in person. I have used this company for years. I had an issue with my refrigerator, Baldimar was helpful.
