I hate leaving negative reviews but Im really bummed out that I wasted so much money for me to leave with my hair looking exactly the same as when I came in. I originally wanted a partial foil with some low lights but the owner and stylist thought it was kind of out of style and wanted something more trendy like "smudging" the root which I thought okay, they are the professionals and I trusted it would come out looking really neat. My Reeis is truly an experience. Lorie is the ONLY hair dresser who has been able to cut my unruly hair in about 20 years. When I called this salon to make my appointment I wanted their top notch person. The receptionist recommended Lorie because she had the most education in the salon along with the most experience. For her skill's, the price was CHEAP! I walked out of there for about $80 including tip & product. I am used to paying well over $100 in Boston and in Lexington(where I use to go). DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! All of my beautiful long hair has been chopped off by KELLEE. This is the worst experience of my life, she didn't even take the time to comb though my hair and complained about it followed by hacking it off. I have never been so upset. I don't know what to do, but this should not have been allowed to happen just a week before I leave for Italy.

I went in to get a haircut a few days ago here for the first time, and I loveeddd it! Nicole did my hair and she did a greaat job. She was really nice and listened to what I wanted. My hair has never been treated better :) And not to mention, it looks great, too, haha! She gave me tips on how to style, too. I will definitely be going back to her, and I can see myself becoming a regular from now onn. Oh, and the environment was really nicee as well. I used get my hair cut at the barber until I found Nicole's Salon. I'll never go back. The salon in itself has an awesome new age ambience. However, the real reason I go is because of the talent of the stylists and their personalities. It's overall good experience. Nicole and her stylists are hip and I feel better everytime I walk out of the salon.
