I genuinely enjoyed every moment. The private sauna melted my stress away, the magnesium bath was so soothing, and the cold plunge gave me the best energy boost. The receptionist, Roxy, walked us through everything and was so friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful experience
The private sauna, and hot and cold plunges are amazing! Really helped me with my shin splints. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to recover from any injuries. 5*
