The staff is so friendly and the traditional sauna and cold bath are both very new and clean. I love that you can book a private session and enjoy the whole space with such peaceful and lovely space. Definitely coming back again ! Highly recommend :)

I Thought for the size of the space it was really well utilised. I like the low light vibe considering there was no natural lighting to work with. The Element in the Sauna was a little bit noisy so we had to try and drown it out with my own ambient music from my phone. Possibly need some chill music to cover some crackling sounds of the Sauna.
Such a fantastic spot! We came in for a sauna, ice bath + hot bath hour session. Beautiful space, well priced and great value.
