My Recovery Lounge is an amazing place to relax and truly recover. From the moment you walk in, Jason makes you feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. He checks in before and after the session to make sure you’re okay and is super helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calming, and you leave feeling refreshed and taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great recovery experience!
Went for an ice bath and Sauna with some friends, took the entire top level, excellent for groups.
Be careful - The owners are charging fees and make arbitrary conditions out of the blue claiming they do this because their service is worth more than the trial they offer… why do you offer this trial then? They charged $20 for a late cancellation fee AND canceled the following session 1 hr after the first session! Both was illegitimate and contrary to their terms and conditions. I love coming here, the saunas, cold plunge, and hot magnesium bath is great and always very clean, no complaints. Roxy is always lovely and welcoming too whenever I come in.
