Amazing first time massage from Holly. I left being able to move my neck freely. Beautiful clean and calm setting, was very relaxing and inviting! Holly is super friendly and has a great energy, I am already looking forward to my next massage! 🫶
I highly recommend recovery lounge, absaloute beautiful lay out CLEAN AZ, and the BEST staff and team, I love it and looked at a few before joining and this was no1 from 4 that I looked at.
When jason greeted me at the front door, he took me in a world of relaxation. In the heart of port Melbourne on bay street this lovely shop is the perfect spot for recovery. Weather your chasing an ice bath, or a nice Suana. Or any of there other amazing services. Definitely would recommend
Really great recovery lounge — super clean, calm, and relaxing. The infrared sauna was the best part, perfect heat and made me feel refreshed straight away. Definitely a great place to unwind and recover. Would recommend!
This place is very nicely maintained, and the facilities are top class. The staff are always friendly and happy to chat about training and nutrition. I've checked out some other ones in the area, but this one is the best.
