Such a fantastic spot! We came in for a sauna, ice bath + hot bath hour session. Beautiful space, well priced and great value.
I’ve had an amazing experience at My Recovery Lounge and can’t recommend it enough. I go there regularly to recover between my training sessions, and it’s become an essential part of my routine. The sauna + hot & cold plunge was even better than I expected, I had the whole room for myself and everything was beautiful and very clean. A shower, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash in the room also. Staff was amazing and super friendly too. This place is a hidden gem!! Can’t wait to go again.
My husband gifted me a 3-month unlimited package at My Recovery Lounge, and it has been an absolute bliss. It has become my sanctuary to switch off, unwind, and recover after workouts. I love both the traditional sauna and the infrared sauna a lot! Combining that with the compression boots has been perfect for my post-workout recovery. The facility is beautifully designed, absolutely spotless, and having my own private space makes the whole experience completely stress-free. The staff are always very welcoming.
Overall, My Recovery Lounge sets a high standard. The space itself feels high-end, and from the second you walk through the door, it is always clean, immaculate and inviting.
