My son has been going to My Recess off and on for 2yrs. We have seen so much progress! The therapist are amazing!! We travel from Dekalb and the trip is well worth it!! Thank you so much for all you have done/will do for my son!!
I highly recommend My Recess! We took a group of preschool children to My Recess to take part in a Summer Fun session. The children all LOVED learning through using their senses - yoga, a group art activity, and activities with smell and taste. The staff is absolutely wonderful - very caring, creative and age-appropriate. We felt welcomed every step of the way and the children learned while playing and moving their bodies in a fun environment. What an excellent resource for children!
It has been such a wonderful and positive experience working with Brooke. Ty loves to go to his weekly OT visits and has so much fun learning strategies to overcome difficulties with his sensory sensitivities. As a parent, I very much appreciate how dedicated she is. I can clearly see that she is vested in the children she works with and that it is a part of who she is, not just a job.
