Beware! My agent lied about being a member of the Citrus County MLS. When I confronted her about it, she quit after 15 months of not selling my house. Broker just banned me from FB so that rating would be much lower. My house is 400 ft from the Citrus County Line. I called the brokerage Mon and the broker never called but did leave a rebuttal 4 days later. She is not a bad person but when you catch a person in a lie what is there to say?
Nicole Carter was absolutely amazing! She was always positive throughout my home buying experience. And her willingness to drive from one side of the county to the other was so appreciated. She stayed within my budget and only showed me homes that matched my requests. She never made me feel like a "low commission" job, and always made me feel important. And months after closing she went above and beyond by helping me get in contact with my builder, she is a very genuine person! I am so incredibly happy to have met her.
