Beware! Jacques Chambers stole my state tax refund and lied about it. He claimed the NC Department of Revenue kept the money because I supposedly owed them, but that was false—I confirmed with the NC DOR that I had no outstanding balance. He removed my banking information from the return and replaced it with his own, redirecting my refund.
