I had a very disappointing experience with this lactation service. Looking back, I feel like I wasted 3–4 crucial weeks during a time when my baby and I needed effective support the most. Getting follow-up appointments was extremely difficult, with appointments often scheduled two weeks apart. When you’re struggling with breastfeeding and a newborn, that kind of delay can make a huge difference.
