Today was a really meaningful breakthrough for me. With Dr. Christian’s guidance, I was able to work through something on my own by identifying the root of my anger and exploring an alternative perspective I wouldn’t have considered before. It helped me recognize where I’ve been stuck in a victim mindset due to rage and anger and showed me that I’m capable of shifting my thinking in a healthier direction
