Cynthia is absolutely incredible. After having little success with previous psychologists, I had given up on talk therapy for years. I’m so so glad I ended up giving it another chance because Cynthia has completely changed my perspective on it, not to mention changed my life. She’s kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a way of making you feel truly heard and understood. Dr Borg is conscientious and highly skilled. She has provided emotional support and a safe space for my children. Furthermore, Dr Borg suggests practical skills that my girls can use in their everyday life, thus equipping them to develop essential coping strategies to navigate their future.
