I was a tenant at a home managed by My Property Shop and my experience with everyone who worked there was nothing but positive. Tracie’s communication was outstanding and the couple of minor issues that occurred were resolved quickly and I felt informed and supported. I’m appreciative of the care and support the whole team provided me.
Absolutely the worst real estate experience I’ve ever had. There has been a complete lack of empathy and support from My Property Shop through some very personal and difficult circumstances. Instead of showing understanding, they have made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. They also attempted to process a bond refund before I even had the chance to finish the bond cleaning, carpets, and pest control — which is completely unreasonable and not in line with proper procedure. Be aware of your own rights when renting through My Property Shop. They will try to take your bond, even lodging before the lease date has expired. They will try to charge you water without providing a bill/invoice or rates notice. They are not up to date with current legislation and tried to charge over $600 more than they were entitled to charge, due to the fact they ‘weren’t aware’ of recent changes in legislation.
My husband and I rented a property through Property Shop in February 2025. We rented the property without inspected it in person as we were moving from Sydney. Narelle has been helping us from the beginning and assured us that the property was suited to our needs. She is very helpful and professional. Communication is excellent and emails were replied usually within 24 hours. We highly recommend Narelle and the Property Shop for rental services.
Disgusting behavior!! This real estate took my money, very unprofessional. Don't help tenants at all.
