We called at 5:00pm on a Monday afternoon with a leaky shower/bathtub. MPP promptly scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning at 9:00. We received a text and phone call letting us know they were on the way. After a quick look at the issue Jamie told us exactly what he planned to do to make the repair and also went over the pricing for the services rendered. My go-to plumbers. Our water heater burst overnight. Derek came out first thing the next morning and did a full inspection of all of our plumbing. I ask a lot of questions, and he was patient and answered all of them. He walked me through all of our options for our current fix as well as options for plumbing we may need to address in the future.
