Jacob was wonderful. He was on time, diagnosed our issue and completed the repair quickly. We will be using this company again if the future need arises.
First time customer and it was a wonderful experience! Bryce and Jacob came out to check a commode that wouldn’t fill up with water. They were prompt, courteous and super nice. Respectful as well. We decided to go with a new toilet install because basically mine was shot. The installation was flawless from start to finish and I will always be using My Professional Plumber for all my plumbing needs now. These 2 young men are hard workers and explained everything they were doing. Thank you to you all!!
I picked My Professional Plumber because they’re local in OakRidge. I called on a Friday and they said no extra charge for coming on Saturday. Woo hoo. Jesse was the BEST !! Great attitude, professionalisms and always a smile. The work was worth the bill. I had waited to long and had problems with my disposal an both bathrooms
