Bill Miller replaced and upgraded my garbage disposal today. Such a nice guy. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing along the way. Very happy with the work. I’ve used My Professional Plumber several times. I’ve always had a quick response and good service. Last time Derek did the work and he did an equally good job.
Very happy with Derek and My professional plumber. They responded quickly and had Derek here within a couple hours, on a Saturday. Kitchen sink needed to be unclogged. Derek assessed the problem and provided options. He was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. He is coming back after the holidays to do a thorough evaluation of our plumbing. We are in an older home that we purchased 7 years ago and know there are issues that should be addressed before they become emergencies.

Jacob did a very thorough inspection looking for any and all safety items. Found a few issues and discussed all completely. Removed and installed kitchen faucet as well as upstairs toilet as requested. Removed all debris and insured completeness.
The company is an A+ & the technician, Jessie was knowledgeable, professional & I will happily call them in future if needed!
