It's wild that yall have appointments for days you aren't open and it doesnt even say on your website that you're only open one Friday a month. You don't even say what Friday you're open. I guess you spin a wheel and let that decide which Friday you're open. Maybe you shouldn't let people book an appointment on line for a day you aren't open. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented. Several months ago, I was assigned a nurse practitioner as my primary care provider. I had concerning blood work results (from labs I obtained independently) and made multiple attempts to follow up—phone calls, emails, and an in-person visit—but received no response or guidance.
