I love Elaine but It’s kind of hard to schedule an appointment or get med refills when no one ever answers the phone or gives a call back
I used to like this practice. We had an issue, and I reached out to the practitioner on record who is happy to work with me. But his interim nurse practitioner went out of her way to: be difficult, avoid communicate, and be antagonistic. After having to deal with her, I no longer wanted to cooperate and escalated my position.
The ladies here are amazing except for the receptionist. She is very rude over the phone 2 times i have called. And when going to my appointments shes very unpleasant to have to talk to. A lady in the waiting room was telling me how she thought the receptionist was rude to her also. This isnt the job for her..again the nurses and drs here are amazing..shes an eye sore to this office
I'm not sure what is going on with my doctor office. I have called a few time's trying to get seen for my sickness They can't get me in for like a week and a half everything I call. They have stopped refills mine and my daughter medication. They want send out my Referrals. They use to do all of this until recently. I guess I'm going to have to find a doctor that cares about my health like I do. Something needs to change.
I haven't lived here long but needed to get on somewhere fast due to injury. Several people recommended I call my primary care. They got me right in and helped me know what to do to get insurance to let them refer me for a ct. They did bloodwork and found a problem that I've apparently had for years but my previous dr never bothered to tell me. I saw Elaine and she was great.
