We’re so fortunate to have found My Plumbers, LLC! We found our plumbers for life, will never use another company again. Johnmichael showed up on time, wore booties in our home without us asking, and took his time to explain what was wrong with our hot water heater. When he came back to replace it, he was very meticulous with every detail. Even though I’m sure he had other customers that day, we felt like we were his priority. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all your plumbing needs.
Johnmichael was fantastic in helping us detect a water leak and repair of the pipe. He was friendly, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable! He showed up on time and stayed in communication with me until everything was resolved. I definitely recommend My Plumbers!
Quick service to get us a diagnosis on our issue, was presented several options for moving forward and they quickly were able to return for service to fix the issue.
There are not enough nice things that I could say about John Michael and his skills. He is everything you could want in a professional. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, talented, kind, and thorough. He shows up with a warm and polite demeanor. He then does whatever it takes to make sure any problem is solved. Honestly, I would never use anyone else for my plumbing needs.. He truly cares about doing the right thing and that level of professionalism is rare in this day and age. We are grateful to have him as our plumber.
