Scheduled fairly quickly & showed up on time. Stephen added a recirculation return line to our Navien system. Insulated the pipes. Bled & leak checked the system. Set up the schedule timer. Cleaned up very well. Answered questions I had about the system. Very happy with their service.

When my pipes burst (again) due to unusually cold weather, Johnmichael was on it. He was professional, communicative, and he handled a set of challenging plumbing issues with a proactive problem-solving attitude. He discovered that "soft copper" piping had been used by some dingbat, and that it had not only burst but also warped.
