Hello, Walter the HVAC specialist at MY Plumber did a GREAT job fixing my air conditioner at a reasonable price. He was fast and efficient and used my ladder which was stuck in the weeds and he got it out. A Great Big Thank You!! To Him for all he Did and I will be asking for him again to help me at my Adelphi, MD home.
Stay away from this company. They take advantage of your emergencies, I had a water heater leak and I had to replace the unit. Unfortunately I did not do my homework based on pressure of the emergency I agreed and paid the massive overcharged price trusting a fair price from the individual assisting. The technician “recommended to fix two other issues” which I almost agreed to pay. But fortunately a friend told me that he had the same problems at his house costing him 75% less to get it fix than what i was quoted. So I had t... read more

*in my opinion* This company is trashy and disrespectful. 1- They’ve only ever sent out one technician, Alex B. 3 times I’ve had to work with him and each time he disappoints: he talks too much, won’t directly answer your questions, and will make tenants feel uncomfortable if he decides to sit down on your furniture without asking.
