While on-site for a leak problem, Genti Paceli also did a water heater inspection for me. He found some emerging issues I had missed and got them fixed before they became real problems - and fixed them on the same visit in a very short period of time.
Tech came to look at work, said no problem with cleaning dryer vent at 20ft high. They took my $90 deposit and said they would schedule the work tomorrow, technician came at 5:00pm and said they don’t have a ladder long enough to do work. I called the office and asked for my deposit back and so far nothing, it’s been 4 days and no refund. The office said they would call me back and again nothing. I would never recommend them.
