Damond Merritt was very professional. He identified the drainage blockage in the kitchen. And he explained how the flow of the water from the upstairs bathroom goes all the way to the kitchen to cause the drainage blockage. He stated that it comes from the hair, oil and grease from day-to-day usage. As he was working on the root problem, he identified another problem in the upstairs bathroom.
