I've had both Nick and Joe out to my house on separate occasions, and both times were great. They showed up right on time, took the time to walk me through what needed to be done, and the pricing was more than fair. Highly recommend!
Recently we had a leak coming through our dining room ceiling from one of the bathrooms upstairs. They did their best not to cut through the ceiling to fix the issue but when the leak couldn't be found they did end up having to cut through dining room ceiling, (with our permission). Once the leak was found they were great about getting it fixed and gave us a very reasonable price for their services. I also appreciate that their prices for services are posted on their booking site! Highly recommend
We scheduled several plumbing appointments for things like new bath/shower fixtures installation, toilet repair, and water drain leak fix. Joe was the service tech that handled all of our appointments for these services, and he was excellent. I really appreciated all of the work that he did and for his help in solving our plumbing issues. I would definitely schedule with My Plumber again for any plumbing needs.
I had a leak in pipe in an outside wall going to the outside faucet. I called My Plumber (although the invoice came from Monkey Wrench Plumbing) and they got me in working with my schedule. Joe came out and listened to what happened, figured out why the pipe leaked and fixed it explaining to me what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. Even fixed the leak on outside faucet patiently explaining to me why it leaked and how he fixed both issues. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again a... read more
