I had a leak in pipe in an outside wall going to the outside faucet. I called My Plumber (although the invoice came from Monkey Wrench Plumbing) and they got me in working with my schedule. Joe came out and listened to what happened, figured out why the pipe leaked and fixed it explaining to me what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. I hired My Plumber Inc (Mike) for a plumbing leak coming from a bathtub. He replaced the drain trap but that ended up not being the source of the leak. Did not reply to my phone call, text, or email after that.

I had a great experience with this group. I used their website to schedule an appointment and uploaded the pictures needed. I was really impressed with how quickly Joe was able to fix the leak and to my surprise didn't need to remove any additional subfloor or drywall. He luckily noticed an additional leaky gasket and repaired that promptly. It had slipped my mind to even mention it. Joe's repair was thorough and really helped me out. Will definitely use this group for future plumbing work.
