The job originally took 2-3 hours and cost nearly $1000. There wasn’t much for materials but it required crawling under the house and that wasn’t fun for the plumber- so he charged a HUGE bill. The work solved a small leak, but ultimately did not solve the real problem. He did come back once to clear the clogged line and gave me a small discount after I complained. My plumber did it again! Definitely recommend this company I called them for a leaky toilet, and they came same day! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, and so helpful!
If I could give a Negative Zero I would. Totally took advantage of my elderly friend. She had a toilet that kept running and he came out and said she needed a new toilet And water heater. She said No, just fix the toilet. A couple days later she finds the bathroom flooded. Sent his son to Replace the Toilet & Water Heater the next day. Cost $2600.. no receipt. I would never recommend Rob. He quoted me $450 for a job which I expected to take 3+ hours. He was finished within an hour, and that hour included his attempts to make conversation. When I complained that his hourly rate was so high, he said he could have milked the job to make it last longer if he had wanted to.
