Dr Heidi and her people are the best! Very kind and understanding! I especially like Mary and Nicole! They make you feel like family.
Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize this practice, although the dentist is truly exceptional and provides top-tier care. Today’s interaction with the billing department was deeply disappointing. The level of aggression and tone used via phone and text was unnecessary and unprofessional.
