Agnes has managed my property for 5 years. She is a proactive property manager who shows great knowledge and integrity when dealing with queries from Landlords and tenants. Agnes ensures that rental returns are strong, by actively maintaining rental properties and ensuring tenant needs are conveyed and addressed. Agnes has always achieved strong rents and my property has never been vacant while Agnes has managed the property. Agnes is also very thorough in completing all property condition reports in great detail.
Absolutely terrible service do not recommend one bit, Agnes is the most rudest person I have ever met. I will not be recommending. Stay away from this company
Was a breeze to deal with UNTIL towards the end of our lease. She has blamed us for multiple damages in the house based on her “suspicion” and assumptions despite all my evidence provided to show all damages were there prior to our tenancy. We also detected a huge leak in the water system and have been pressured to pay the full amount (worth hundreds) upfront without any payment plan options. Our rent had been in arrears for WEEKS because our rent money was used towards the water bill without our knowledge or consent!!!! We ... read more
