I had an excellent stay!
Our first set of keys let us into another persons room at 10:20 at night. It would have been a MUCH bigger deal if they had actually been in their room, but luckily they were out. The front desk acted confused by how it happened, but not overly concerned. She just gave us a new set of room keys and sent us on our way. It made me feel unsafe to think someone could mistakenly be given entry to our reassigned room later that night. We stayed, but cautiously.
