very friendly staff and absolutely amazing at doing hair ,especially shannon she’s a absolute sweetheart and very good as what she dose ,but i booked with their makeup artist at the time after looking through photos with her talking about likes and dislikes which is why i booked with her , between me booking and the actual appointment the makeup artist had changed ,wasn’t told about the change which would have been fine if the new makeup artist actually listened to what i was trying to tell her ,she wouldn’t look at any of m... read more

I recently moved here and have had bad experiences in the past with my long thick hair and I needed a hairdresser with long standing experience using a blade so my cut didn't look chunky. I put out a FB request and had awesome feedback for My Place Hair and Beauty so booked and gave them a go. They had 50% off colour which made everything around the same price I was used to paying and the experience was fantastic.
