I have never had a worse rental experience. The owner of the property uses his lease (53 pages by the way) as a weapon to wring every possible dollar out of you. He never answers for his tenants, even if it is the dead of winter and you have no heat. He allowed me to move in after paying a partial security deposit and then proceeded to charge me $80 a month until all of the fees rent and security deposit in full. It's a place. Usually pretty quiet (besides the road) Pet friendly. No roach or rodents but there are ANTS. It's been an uphill battle with the ants. Happy to report they are losing. Not sure if this is a my trailer issue or not. It looks more run down than it actually is. Close to the hospital and to a lot of restaurants. Management has been pretty helpful and Sebastian does a nice job keeping up on the landscaping. 8/10

This place looks a lot better than when I lived there yrs ago. I still stop by to see a very good friend once in awhile.
