I hate the landlord. He acts like a slumlord and is a big bully. Place needs new management.
The landlord bullies my brother and all the residents in the community. He belittles and takes advantage of the elderly & the youth. Do NOT move here. 0 Stars.
I've lived here for several years and my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, the community is generally quiet aside from road noise, it's pet-friendly, and I have not experienced problems with rodents or roaches. There have been recurring ant issues, although they have improved over time. Unfortunately, I've also had several significant concerns. Terrible landlord Unprofessional & disrespectful
I have a friend that lives here and it is a very nice park.After the new manager took over I can really see the difference.I also saw the community manager redoing the flower beds and they are beautiful.This is a very nice place to live.
