Since My Place Communities LLC purchased Thornhollow Mobile Home Vilage in November 2021 they have increased the lot rent 4 times. Up by 70% for residents that have lived here 10, 20 and 30 years. I moved in just as they took ownership and by February 2022 they raised it $85.00, February 2023 $40.00, June 2024 $18.00, now we have been informed that starting January 2025 another increase of $85.00. we have lived here for 19&1/2 years and are very pleased with the park. It is well maintaned and has great management!
My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. James is dedicated and hard working, always with a smile as he takes care of the grounds. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a quiet place surrounded by trees and wonderful neighbors.
