Nice place to live friendly people I love it here
An okay place to live. Just wish it was easier to communicate with the main office people.
In June 2025, we purchased our home in My Place at Pearl Beach, and the entire experience was seamless. Chris was wonderful to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We absolutely love living here! We love our community! Beautiful trees, great neighbors, located in the small waterfront town of Algonac!
Well I find that the neighbors are friendly and happy. Also the my place staff takes great care of the grounds and the residence of the community. That look along with a great police department and city workers helps make for a good night of sleep. Not forgetting the fog horns of the freighters from time to time at night. Oh yes it's on the river it's the North channel of the St Clair River, beautiful view !!
