Hello my name is Christina and I live jere in Cattail estate I have been out here since 2014 and I love this community it's quiet and everyone is nice i love the nature and it's scenery over the years I have grown to wanting to be out here forever my daughter loves it out here and so does my dad the owner is amazing and very understanding and very helpful if you or someone you know is wanting a quiet community this is the place you won't be disappointed and it's a great place to raise your kids we have a wonderful community
I have live at Cattail Estates for about 6 years, I love it here. It is a very peaceful place to live, the other resident are very friendly and I have gotten to know most of them and everyone watches out for everyone.
I've lived in this trailer park for 7 years plus. This isn't the best trailer park to live in but it's not the worst. We do not have a part for the children they have to play in the street.The lot managerThey're not allowed to play where the park used to be and they don't even allow them to play in the woods. This place used to be kept clean now it seems like it's going downhill. The light manager should not have to go around telling people to clean their yards and mow their yards they can't have junk cars that don't run.But... read more

I live here and the picture looks NOTHING like the place. You are now charged for water and septic which we were never charged before as well as an increase in lot rent. The kids don't have a park or playground anymore due to them ripping it out and the basketball hoop, no pool and pools are not allowed in your yard for your kids so there is NO PLACE for the kids to play. The water you are charged for is hard, rusty and the lines are constantly needing flushed,bleaches your clothes and stains them with rust and to top it off... read more
