I've lived in this trailer park for 7 years plus. This isn't the best trailer park to live in but it's not the worst. We do not have a part for the children they have to play in the street.The lot managerThey're not allowed to play where the park used to be and they don't even allow them to play in the woods. This place used to be kept clean now it seems like it's going downhill there is not 23 trailers.Light manager does not enforce the rules. I live here and the picture looks NOTHING like the place. You are now charged for water and septic which we were never charged before as well as an increase in lot rent. The kids don't have a park or playground anymore due to them ripping it out and the basketball hoop, no pool and pools are not allowed in your yard for your kids so there is NO PLACE for the kids to play. The water you are charged for is hard, rusty and the lines are constantly needing flushed,bleaches your clothes and stains them with rust and to top it off... read more
