It turns out curbside service makes one feel "waited on". The staff came right to my car and listened carefully to Mitzi's symptoms and carried my large, heavy cat & carrier into the office. Was very pleased Mitzi got a thorough exam & extras like a front toenail trim. Kirsten honestly couldn't find cause of itching. But kind, attentive young staff spotted the minuscule lone star tick larvae. After a review with Kirsten, I left reassured and armed with Bravectin & the right date to apply.
My Pet's Vet is an excellent Vet!!! They have always been incredibly astute with my dog's health care needs, they are all very sweet with my pup and have an excellent protocol during these tough times - of Covid. I also appreciate that they have accommodated several of my friends pets in times of need, who weren't a client (at the time). I highly recommend Dr. Kirsten Sauter and her wonderful staff (esp. Vet Tech Darcy!).
