Thank you so much for letting us walk around to socialize our foster, and for giving our personal dog a million treats (she will definitely be a returning customer)! We loved seeing all the different brands of treats and the various toys! The “Honey I’m Home” sticks were a great recommendation and both dogs loved them ❤️ we’ll be back soon!
I ordered 3 boxes of food to be shipped to my house. The supplier was out of stock but Chris happened to have 3 boxes on his shelf in the store. He offered to deliver the boxes to my house himself but it was easier for us to pick them up since we were already picking up another local order. I was very surprised this morning when I saw that he refunded our delivery fee from the original order! Chris goes out of his way to make sure that his customers are treated fairly and get what they need.
During this pandemic I was able to call them and they shopped for me while I was on the phone for my dog’s birthday presents! I just pulled up and they put the items in my trunk. Wonderful customer service!
Chris and his staff are doing a great job! plus they are locally owned! 🐾🐾🐾
