RecommendedThe staff are the best! They show such compassion and provide great care. We have been bringing our min schnauzer here since 2008 and she was always so cared for and shown such love! They are the best!
They dont let pet owners in the room when they are having to do one of the hardest things in life, putting their best friend down. This is absolutely despicable and disgusting. Find another place to take your pets.
We have been bringing our fur babies here since 1997. A few of the employees thst are still there since then are like family to us. We Love them all.😍🙏😇
PSA!! DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAIT TIMES I love this clinic because I don't usually have a regular schedule that allows me to book appointments weeks in advance. So when I happen across a day I can spare a few hours this is my go to place. Now they are experiencing really high volume of patients. I was there on a monday for a follow up for a post ER visit. Experiences with our dogs and cats at the My Pets Vet Clinic at the Kirkland branch have only been positive ones. They have great friendly staff, their waiting desk area is large and you can get estimates and pay bills easily. Also, their exam rooms are clean and we haven't had to wait long for our appointments. Another plus for us is they are very affordable and we appreciate that very much sense we are retired. And I refer them to friends all the time. Frankly, I think their the best vet clinic on the eastside!
We've taken all our cats here over the last 7 years and always had positive experiences. Nice staff, walk in so no appointment necessary and affordable!
Have gone to the clinic with our dogs for years and have been very pleased with the care they've received and the prices they charge, compared to other offices but, now the clinic deserves, since Dr Okawa started there, at least 10 stars! She is by far the BEST, most caring, informative, dedicated veterinarian I have ever met. The world is a better place because of people like her.
