If you’re more on the introverted side like me and just want a quiet, comfortable place to get into fitness, this is definitely the spot! The gym is always clean and has everything you need to reach your goals without feeling overwhelmed. Jay, the owner, is super nice and always communicative if you have any questions. I really like how private and low pressure it feels. Plus, you can bring people if you want for a set price. Overall, it’s a win-win.

I needed a space to train a few clients and this small studio was perfect! The owner, Jay, is friendly and very helpful. He allowed me to tour the space and also let me test out his equipment before committing. Jay is also easy to work with when you have schedule changes. Both suite A and B have plenty of equipment to accomplish your workout. The equipment is clean and in good working order. If you’re looking for a private space to train clients, this is a solid option.
