Bad experience with them, Charged me, via PayPal without authorising, cancelling is imposible. And they just delivered 14 days delayed. They answer the email but only long explanations and zero solutions. Until now it has not been solved.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered between 11am to 7pm. I called the store at 6pm to get an update. Seemed like they forgot to make the bouquet I ordered, because she had to hang up and start texting me with excuses. 8:30 pm still no flowers. I asked for a refund and they replied with “Sorry for misunderstanding” Thank you for a ruined Valentine’s Day.
