place is super cute but did not feel welcomed at all. I walked in, this is my first time so im not sure how it works i walk up and down the place the princess is sitting down watches me walk in and look lost and doesn’t greet me i go back and forth to the back and front 2 more times before another employee tells the princess to help me out. We have had incredible experiences at My Party Princess. We have hosted a party at their private venue, hired princesses for private events, attended their pop-ups at Septemberfest, and gone to their drop-ins. My daughters always leave each moment feeling the magic of the experience and SO HAPPY! We cannot recommend them enough!
Cute party place but a lot of hygiene issues- 1) no toilet paper in bathroom (this was at the beginning of party so it clearly wasn’t cleaned/upkept for the party) 2) no hand sanitizer or easy way for kids to clean hands before eating 3) no baby wipes or anything offered to wipe kids down after makeup/eating Place has a lot of potential. Staff is nice. More seating for parents and simple hygiene fixes could make it great.
What a fantastic experience my daughter just had today! We did the drop in to meet Belle and it was amazing. Belle was so kind, caring, engaging and entertaining. My daughter loved getting her hair makeup and nails done and then doing crafts with Belle after. We will definitely be back!
