**TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT **- They dont even deserve 1 Star!!! Purchased a set of Alpharex tail lights for 2010 Ram 3500. Did the research and these were to be plug and play. Had lights installed at body shop amd when turned on left or right quick flashing and error on dash burnt out taillight. Contacted Alpharex tech support. They said in some cases that happens . They sent out new resistors . Didn't work . They sent out second set same thing . They then said to contact the company I purchased from to get full refund stat... read more
Had an amazing experience dealing with these guys. They personally delivered my exhaust kit! First time ordering off their website and wasn’t sure what to expect as they had no phone number or address listed. Love supporting local businesses and the personal touch was above and beyond which sets the business apart. Something you don’t see very often these days.
