The Botello house was a beautiful rental home with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a pool. The problem was the house was not ready when we arrived on Sunday, July 21st. Maids came and did a quick cleaning. The pool had algae and needed skimmed so the pool company came out the next morning. Office personnel told me that there would be bars soap, additional trash liners and to no avail they had to bring some to us. Great place. Stayed there 3 years now. Super friendly winter Texans, clean and neat, great pool, great views of the gulf, clean coin laundry.

Complained about the state of our condo; It was dirty and run down. They didn't seem to care and told us there was nothing they could do.
