I have used My Organic Turf to care for my South Tampa lawn for 6 years now. I was one of the first customers when the founder and former owner Nicholas Bissett started this company out of his garage.
This company was bought out summer 2026! RUN AWAY!! After a bad round of cinch bugs, we resodded and switched to My Organic two years ago. We loved the service and how well they maintained our yard. Our yard was perfect. We recommended all of our neighbors to them. This summer I noticed some brown patches (and feared cinch bugs again). They supposedly sent someone out and said it was “drought activity”. I brushed it off a few more weeks. Called again and they later confirmed cinch bugs. Used to be nice company... now that they got big they dont even return your call. We started noticing our grass getting worse so we contact them.. they said someone will come out the next day to take a look and that was that. No one came and no one called.
We’ve been loyal customers for a couple of years now and unfortunately we had to part ways because of lack of care and treatment for our lawn. We had the most beautiful green grass that started getting a little brown and we thought it had to do with the drought so we watered more and it kept getting worse.
