This company is incredible! My technician, Kyle, takes excellent care of my lawn. I previously used two larger corporate companies and constantly dealt with sedge issues and brown patches, even after multiple requests. When the owner of Organic Turf first came out, he told me it was one of the worst cases of sedge he had ever seen—and honestly, I had just accepted that it was “as good as it gets.” I couldn’t have been more wrong. Changed to My Organic Turf a couple years back and had problem areas occur multiple times. Management is responsive, but on one occasion they didnt respond to my concerns and said they hadn’t been contacted, but I had emails/texts to show I had actually reached out on multiple occasions.
