A kind of customer service that is difficult to find now days. John has always been kind, caring and approachable. He is most patient when you have multiple questions and overall a very kind and dedicated person. You can tell when someone likes their job and John sure does. The receptionist has always welcomed me promptly and kindly resolved questions too. I always felt welcomed and cared after here.
I have been attending for years and I always get treated with warm efficiency and professionalism by John. I would not hesitate to recommend this Optometrist to anyone. Great frame choices also! 👏🏻👍🏻
