My husband and I had an amazing experience at this optical location. The receptionist was beyond knowledgeable, kind-hearted, respectful and professional. She made me feel like family. She understood the symptoms I had described to her and she helped me and my husband pick out the perfect frames. She was wonderful to my son and had made sure he was entertained and cared for. Man, this place is a total letdown. It's supposed to be a clinic, but it's just a cramped room stuck inside a pharmacy. And get this, you're not even in there alone—you're rubbing shoulders with all the other pharmacy customers waiting around. And don't even get me started on the staff. They're far from professional. All they care about is pushing their mediocre frame collections on you. Like seriously, they're not even that great. I really wish they'd shape up their attitude towards customers.
