Jordan is knowledgeable and a great educator. He took before and after pictures. I am impressed with his services.
I called this company to see about getting a chimney cap replaced. I spoke with the owner, and I’ve got to say, he was the most honest, down to earth person I’ve spoken in any service industry in a very long time. He was able to explain that he might not be able to replace my chimney cap because of the particular style and height of my house and chimney and the slope of my roof and the equipment he has. When everyone else told me it would be well over a month before they could inspect my chimney, Jordan was able to come out in about 2 weeks. He was very honest and told me that the chimney did not need cleaning, but had a couple of other issues that should be addressed and showed me pictures of the problems. He was able to order the parts and came back out a week later to perform the repairs. Overall, I'm very pleased with his work and would hire him for future chimney needs.
Jordan was very pleasant, timely, and honest. He gave the best rate out of the few other companies we contacted. He was also able to come to the house within a couple days while other places were booked out for weeks. Jordan is a one man business and you can see he takes pride in doing the best job possible.
